In the history of Indian Football it has been first time when an Indian Footballer has to pay fine. Indian Goalkeeper has to pay fine of worth Rs 3,36,000/- for his violent conduct in the World Cup Qualifiers against UAE in Abu Dhabi, by FIFA.

According to FIFA Subrata Paul, damaged the refrigerator and broke the window after he was given the marching orders in the match. He has to pay the fine by 27th November 2011 and he has the right to appeal against the fine.
